Meet Claudia

A natural-born leader and ambitious optimist, Claudia Lee greets every day with gratitude and passion for her career in real estate. Claudia’s love for homes and architecture blossomed early in life, which led her to major in real estate and finance at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business undergraduate program in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she was raised.

 

After graduation, Claudia started her work in commercial real estate in Philadelphia; New York; and Seoul, South Korea, before relocating to San Francisco, where she continued to gain valuable experience evaluating commercial properties for development and investment potential. To expand her knowledge and experience in real estate, Claudia later turned her focus to residential real estate and began helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their real estate goals, applying the same high level of professionalism and detailed analysis.

 

Claudia is a cosmopolitan communicator who enjoys meeting new people from all cultures and backgrounds. She is fluent in English and Vietnamese, and she speaks some Cantonese and Mandarin. Buying, selling, or investing, she raises the bar with her consummate real estate background and proven record of going above and beyond for every client. With a fierce dedication to integrity, accountability, and transparency, Claudia always has her client's best interests in mind.

 

Claudia lives in Alameda with her husband, who is an attorney, and their three children. In addition to real estate, she is a dedicated volunteer at her children’s schools. As the chair of various parent groups, she has led committees for programs, fundraisers, and gala events. As a passionate foodie, Claudia loves to try cuisines from different cultures but is always looking for the best French bakery and dessert shop. When she’s not busy helping her real estate clients, Claudia enjoys reading, traveling, and catching up on the latest home and interior design shows and publications.
