This project was a to-the-studs remodel and expansion on a large flat lot in South Orinda. This remodel has rejuvenated the property and made the home a true gem of the neighborhood! In addition to modern and updated touches throughout the home, Louis increased the square footage of the home to provide more open living spaces.
