Her background as a corporate executive, with over 20 years of experience in relationship management, negotiation, and communications, sets her apart in the real estate industry. She immerses herself in market statistics from news outlets, blog posts, and podcasts by her favorite market analysts. Julie’s adventurous spirit has taken her as far as Bulgaria, where she helped provide food and water to gypsies in a small tent camp, an experience she cherishes deeply.

When asked about her dream home, Julie’s love for the ocean shines through. "I grew up near the ocean, so I would love to retire in an oceanfront home," she shares. Her dream destination? Australia is a place she’s eager to explore.
